1. Pirate Drill


  • Assign 2-3 "pirates"
  • Everyone else has a basketball, they start dribbling 
  • If a pirate touches your ball, you have to give the ball and become a pirate instead
  • You can't chase the person who just touched you

2. 5 Min Dribbling Routine

If you only have 5 min, but still want to spend it effectively and ace some tricks - watch this video and learn exactly how.

3. Coin Drop Relays

You will need:
  • a few pennies (coins)
  • egg cartons (halved)
How to:

  • Players line up at the start and run between the coin bag and an egg carton 
  • They need to drop all the coins without lowering the arm below the waist
  • The one who finishes first, wins
  • After they need to do the same while dribbling the ball
